As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for developing intelligent conversational agents for clients. You will be responsible for designing and implementing conversational flows, including intent recognition, dialogue management, and response generation. You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the performance of the company's products and making recommendations to improve their quality and profitability. You will work closely with the product development team to identify areas for improvement, as well as with marketing and sales teams to understand customer feedback and market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy conversational agents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define conversational agent requirements and user journeys
- Design and implement conversational flows, including intent recognition, dialogue management, and response generation
- Train and test conversational agents using large datasets of text and voice interactions
- Optimize conversational agent performance through continuous monitoring and data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and conversational agent technologies, and recommend new approaches and tools
